Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 128 ounce(s) lump crabmeat, drained
  • 4 cup(s) toasted bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
  • 8 tablespoon(s) red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 6 teaspoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon(s) horseradish
  • 2 2/3 tablespoon(s) green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup(s) olive oil

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
2. Shape into 3-oz. patties for appetizers; 6 oz. for entrees.
3. Cook in oil over moderately high heat, about 3 minutes each side until golden.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve.
