Methods/steps
Rinse and dry vegetables. Remove core and seeds from bell peppers and cut into strips. Scrub or peel carrots, cucumbers, and zucchini and cut into slices or sticks. Slice mushrooms. Prepare radish roses and arrange vegetables on a platter.
