Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 2 tablespoon(s) hot wasabi
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and chunked
  • 1 tablespoon(s) plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/10 teaspoon(s) sugar, to taste
  • 1/10 teaspoon(s) black pepper, to taste
  • 1 floz Sake or dry white wine

Directions

Puree all ingredients together well, adding sake or other dry white wine to the desired consistency, then chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as dressing.
