Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 3 ounce(s) bag of plain potato chips
  • 1 cup(s) panko Japanese style breadcrumbs
  • 4 halibut fillets

Directions

Mix ingredients together well in a bowl: Crush the Lay's plain potatoes chips in a bag but not too fine. 1 cup of panko Japanese style breadcrumbs; coat halibut chunks with mayo mix then dip into chip mix, pat gently to get chip coating to stick. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are.
