Ingredients

  • 4 1/10 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) minced fresh oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing to coat carrots. Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight to enhance flavors.
