Ingredients
  • 4 cups diced chicken (raw)
  • 4 cups diced beef (raw)
  • 4 cups diced pork (raw)
  • 4 cups diced lamb (raw)
  • 4 cups diced fish (boiled)
  • 2 cups salt
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. grated Parmesan
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • Dash lemon zest

  • Methods/steps
    1. Combine meat into a very large bowl. Make a divot in the center with your fingers. It may work best to squiggle your index fingers back and forth while holding your pinkies absolutely still.
    2. Heat cream cheese, salt and Parmesan in a microwave-safe bowl until it reaches a rolling boil. Grasp bowl with both hands and slam it (upside down) into the meat-divot, taking care not to disturb the edges. Remove bowl.
    3. Place bowl into preheated 250-degree oven for six minutes. Remove and let cool. Serve in fist-sized lumps or gobs.
