Ingredients

For 12 people

  • 16 ounce(s) turkey sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup(s) onions, diced
  • 2 cup(s) Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
  • 2 cup(s) low-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 teaspoon(s) ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 2 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cup(s) low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine sausage, onions, Bisquick, cheese and spices.
  2. In a huge bowl, whisk eggs, egg substitute and milk together.
  3. Stir sausage mixture into egg mixture.
  4. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until a knife inserted into center comes out clean.
