Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 oz. garbanzo flour
  • 1 oz. fava bean flour
  • 2 oz. sorghum flour
  • 2 oz. flax seed meal
  • 2 oz. tapioca flour
  • 1/4 tsp. iodized salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 oz. unsalted butter
  • 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • Methods/steps
    1. Sift together dry ingredients.
    2. Melt sugar, butter and applesauce together over low heat and cream together eggs and vanilla. Add sugar, butter, applesauce and sifted ingredients.
    3. Using a scoop, scoop into mini muffin pans and bake in 325-degree oven for 13-15 minutes.
