Ingredients

For 8 people

  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 cup(s) fruit (peaches, raspberries, strawberries and/or blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Directions

Melt butter in a 2 1/2 quart oven-safe dish. Mix sugar, flour, milk and vanilla together with mixer or whisk. Pour this mixture into dish with melted butter. Do not stir. Then pour in the fruit. Do not stir; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Serve with whipped cream.
