When you're looking for a way to dress up your favorite vegetables, this extra-virgin salad dressing does the trick. For an extra kick, add blue cheese to the mix.

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Methods/steps
    1. Place minced garlic, mustard, celery salt, salt and pepper, vinegars of choice in bowl.
    2. Very slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
    3. Place in glass container.
    4. Can be refrigerated for 2 weeks and brought to room temperature prior to dressing salad.
