  • 1 ground turkey (1/2 dark, 1/2 light)
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Italian parsley, chopped

  • 4 teaspoon(s) olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour. Form into patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
