Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 80 ounce(s) chuck pot roast
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 family-size can low-fat, low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) powdered garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour

Directions

Cut 5 pounds of pot roast into 2-inch cubes and add to crock pot. Add 2 medium onions chopped coarsely. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 dry onion soup mix. Add 1 tsp. garlic, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 4 tbsp. flour. Slow cook overnight. Serve with whole-grain rice.
