Deviled Eggs with Bacon and Cheddar Cheese

Where's the bacon? Here it is! A twist to the usual deviled eggs recipe. Add some extra ingredients, like bacon and cheddar cheese, to make them more flavorful! They are devilishly good!


Deviled Eggs with Bacon and Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 ounce(s) Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon(s) mustard

Directions

1. Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool.
2. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
3. Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese. Add mustard and mix. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until ready to serve.
