Artichoke & Bean Dip
You'll get all choked up over this scrumptious spread. Prepared with artichoke hearts and navy beans, it beats those other dips that are loaded with calories and fats.
At a glance
1 - 16 oz. can navy beans, rinsed and drained
14 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 green onions, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. This dip gets thicker after it has been refrigerated.
