Artichoke Fondue Recipe
We've got a dip that will leave you all choked up. You'll be fond of this artichoke fondue that's sure to prove popular with family and friends. Serve it with toasted bread, sliced baguette or chopped fresh veggies as dippers. It's a great way to start a meal or party.

1 can or 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained, and chopped 2 large garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup sour cream Parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well, pour into a casserole (or other ovenproof dish) and bake for 20-25 minutes (until hot and bubbly). Sprinkle with parsley.
