Ingredients
16-oz. bag shredded cabbage (red or white)
1/2 cucumber, peeled, sliced into thin sticks
1 red bell pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
15 leaves fresh basil, shredded
Dressing
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup distilled vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

Methods/steps
Combine vegetables in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat.
