Banana Dip with Curry Flavor
You're going to go bananas over this delicious Indian-inspired dip that's infused with curry. Great as a snack or appetizer, it's got plenty of appeal and is sure to be a hit with everyone. Dip it good!

1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium) 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt 2 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into spears 1 cucumber, cut into slices 1 lb. cooked shrimp
Combine bananas, yogurt, onion, curry powder and salt in small bowl. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with pineapple, cucumber and shrimp.
