Beef & Mushroom Crockpot
Easy crock-pot recipe for those that enjoy a tasty and moist beef dinner; the red wine can create a very elegant taste that makes you think it was prepared at a fancy French restaurant. Option, serve over prepared egg noodles and sprinkle-grated cheese.

1 1/2 lb. beef rib eye
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant onion soup mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of fresh sliced mushrooms
2 (8 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup red wine
Cut beef into large cubes. Place all ingredients into crock-pot, except egg noodles. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
