Best Turkey Burgers
Get ready to gobble up these burgers. Prepared with ground turkey and whole wheat bread crumbs, this healthy alternative to regular burgers will put a feather in your cap.

1 lb. ground turkey (1/2 dark, 1/2 light)
4 Tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup roasted red pepper, diced
4 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
4 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator 45 minutes to 1 hour. Form into patties and grill about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees.
