Carrot-Ginger-Cranberry Zinger Salad

1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. freshly grated or minced ginger
1/2 tsp. honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 cups grated carrots
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, ginger, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Toss with carrots and cranberries. Garnish with almonds and serve.
