Classic Greek Salad
Basil, feta cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers round out this refreshing Greek salad. To really bring it all home, add a handful of kalamata olives.
At a glance
In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, cucumbers, feta cheese, basil, and onion flakes. Mix well to combine. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. For each serving, arrange 3/4 cup sliced tomatoes on salad plate. Spoon 1/4 cucumber mixture over top.
