Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. organic olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh dill (NOT dried)
4 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sour cream
2 cups half-and-half

Methods/steps
Mix the cucumbers, walnuts, olive oil, and dill together. Cover and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Add the yogurt, sour cream, and half-and-half and chill thoroughly before serving.
