Ingredients

4 oz. caster sugar

2 cinnamon sticks
2 eggs
6 oz. pure cream (thin)
6 oz. milk
3 oz. brandy
3 oz. rum
3 oz. sweet sherry
Ice cubes
Freshly ground nutmeg, to dust


Methods/steps

Place sugar and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan with 1/2 cup cold water. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove and cool. Combine 3 oz. of the syrup in a blender with the eggs, cream, milk and alcohol. Pour into cocktail glasses over ice and serve dusted with nutmeg.
