  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch white sugar
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/4 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz.) can canned shrimp, drain
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

    1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet; cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
