1/4 cup(s) whole almonds
8 ounce(s) sliced, skinless chicken breasts, cooked with no salt
1/4 cup(s) dried apricot quarters
1celery stalk, chopped
1/2 cup(s) fat-free plain yogurt
2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
3 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
1/3 tablespoon(s) orange zest
1/3 tablespoon(s) honey
2whole-wheat pitas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place almonds on baking sheet for 7-8 minutes, or until roasted. Cool. In a bowl, mix almonds and remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each pita half. Serve with mixed greens drizzled with oil and vinegar.
