Curried Beef & Pork Loaf
The title says it all: onion, garlic, curry powder, eggs, bread, salt, pepper and fresh parsley to create a great loaf in casserole.

Ingredients
3 slices of bread
1 cup milk
1 1/2 lb. beef, ground
1/2 lb. pork, ground
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Pepper, freshly ground

Methods/steps
Remove crusts from bread; tear in pieces and let soak in milk. Toss together in a large bowl and remaining ingredients. Press lightly into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Cover with foil and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven about 1 1/2 hours. Drain off pan juices. Slice to serve and leave loaf overnight in refrigerator if you like to serve it cold.
