Ingredients
  • 1 large bag of frozen broccoli spears
  • 1/2 lb. of fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • Hellmann’s Mayo to coat
  • Sliced almonds to sprinkle

    Mix together and bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees until top starts to brown (about 1/2 hour). You can cover to keep warm, and cool.
