Ingredients
  • 1 round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 oz. can) tomato sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced

  • Methods/steps
    Flour meat, blend remaining ingredients, except onion and put meat in crockpot, top with sliced onion, pour on sauce. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
