Flat Iron Steak
Make grilling thrilling with this tasty flat iron steak. Prepared in a buttery cognac glaze, it's hard to have a beef with a dish this dynamic.

1 8-oz. flat iron steak ½ small onion, rough chop 1 tbsp. cognac 2 tbsp. beef base 1 tsp. butter Salt and pepper
Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill to preferred doneness. For the sauce, sauté chopped onions until translucent. Deglaze with cognac. Add beef base; reduce by 1/3. Add butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ladle sauce on plate; top with steak.
