Ingredients
1/2 cup snipped dried apricots, soaked in hot water for one hour
8 oz. reduced fat Swiss cheese, grated
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup dates, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sliced or chopped almonds, toasted

Methods/steps
Mix all ingredients together except almonds. Form into 2 logs and roll in toasted almonds. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with plain or cinnamon bagel chips.
