Making a delicious desert doesn't have to be the pits, especially when you prepare this cobbler. You decide which fruit you'd prefer to use in this sweet treat. Apple? Peach? Cherry? Take your pick. You won't be disappointed.

Ingredients

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup skim milk

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

2 cups of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces


Methods/steps

Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl. Mix together. Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray. Spread the fruit over the top. Flour mixture will rise to the top and cover fruit. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
