- With a sharp knife cut off both ends of the grapefruit and set grapefruit on flat end on a cutting board. Cut away and discard peel and membranes; section grapefruit, discarding membrane.
- Preheat broiler and arrange grapefruit in single-serving ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil until sugar melts and darkens (5 minutes).
- Serve warm with yogurt.
