Ingredients
1 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed and cleaned
Olive oil
Minced garlic to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Balsamic vinaigrette

Methods/steps
  1. Toss asparagus spears in olive oil and minced garlic.
  2. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Roast, uncovered, at 450 degrees, shaking asparagus pan once or twice to turn spears, about 12 minutes.
  4. When done, asparagus should be crispy and tender.
  5. After asparagus is plated, drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
