Grilled Ginger Chicken
There is nothing paltry about this poultry dish that's big in flavor. The Asian-inspired ingredients come together for a satisfying meal.
6 skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp. black bean sauce with garlic
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
1 tsp. sesame oil
Ground black pepper to taste
Put thighs in a bowl, and add black bean sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and ground black pepper. Mix well. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill until no longer pink but still juicy, about 20 minutes, turning only once.
