Makes:
24 wontons

Ingredients
Butter-flavored cooking spray
24 wonton wrappers
1/4 lb. lean, low-sodium smoked ham
4-oz. log of fresh goat cheese, such as Montrachet
4 Tbsp. spicy fruit chutney

Methods/steps
Lightly spray two mini-muffin pans with cooking spray. Fit the wontons into the cups, gently ruffling the edges to make a well for the filling. Chop the ham and divide among the wonton cups. Divide cheese among the cups. Top each cup with about a half teaspoon of chutney. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes; edges should be lightly browned and filling warm. Serve with fresh fruit on skewers.
