This is a creamy ham and celery casserole. Remember to cook the macaroni very “al dente” because the casserole will bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup (uncooked) macaroni
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup diced ham

Methods/steps
Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat, until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken soup. Add diced ham. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
