Healthy Egg Breakfast
If you are up for a healthy, high fiber, high protein, low carb and low calorie breakfast without renouncing your beloved eggs, this is your dish.

4 egg whites
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
Combine egg whites with 1/4 cup salsa. Mix well and microwave for 45 seconds. Add wheat bran to egg mixture. Microwave another 30 seconds or until eggs are almost set in the middle. Add remaining salsa and sprinkle cheese liberally on top. Microwave once more, for around 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
