Herbed Salad Dressing

Ingredients

For 8 people

  • 1 tablespoon(s) powdered fruit pectin
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) spices, paprika
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugars, granulated
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Combine dried basil, paprika, pectin, sugar, mustard and pepper.
  2. Add in water, vinegar and garlic, then cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Chill to store two or three days.
