Ingredients
  • 1- 12 oz. jar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 3 tbsp. of "Nacho" sliced Jalapeno chiles, drained and diced
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, drained and chopped
  • Crackers or tortilla chips

  • Methods/steps

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl add all ingredients; mix until well combined. Spread in a 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
