Ingredients

3 hard-cooked eggs

1 (16 oz.) pkg. salad greens

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup diced onion

DRESSING:

3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

3 tbsp. milk

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. cider vinegar


Methods/steps

Cut one egg into wedges for garnish and dice remaining eggs. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato, onion and diced eggs. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Garnish with egg wedges. Serve immediately.
