Everybody can make these easy and earthy potatoes. Serve with some grilled Brie cheese and French baguette. And don't forget the red wine to polish off a rich and tasty meal.

Ingredients
3-4 medium size potatoes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil

Methods/steps
Preheat grill. Clean potatoes, cut in half and thinly slice. Tear off about 12 inches of aluminum foil and place the sliced potatoes, butter, basil, and oregano over potatoes. Crush bouillon cube and sprinkle over potatoes. Bring the foil together and roll both sides together down to the food and roll ends. Place on grill with cover closed for 20 minutes.
