5 lb. lean hamburger 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. marjoram 2 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt 12 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring 12 tsp. water
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix well; place hamburgers in this mixture and coat well. Add water and liquid smoke, mixing well. Then place the meat slices onto two 10x15 inch-baking dishes in a single layer. Bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours.
