Cut chicken in strips. Combine flour, cornmeal and spices. Roll chicken first in egg, then in flour mixture. Repeat. Place chicken on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick vegetable oil spray. Spray chicken with spray until all flour is moistened. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 20-30 minutes, turning once.
