It's tequila time. Forget those shots. Instead, enjoy a bowl of this margarita sorbet that's refreshing and fun for the over 21 crowd.
For 8 people
In saucepan, mix gelatin with sugar, blend in 1 cup of the water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely. Stir in remaining water and rest of ingredients. Freeze in 9-inch pan until firm (4-5 hours) Process (1/2 at a time) in food processor until smooth. Freeze in pan until firm for about 2 hours.
