Ingredients
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced in fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

  • Methods/steps

    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a zipper baggie and mix well. Slice breasts in half crosswise, making two thin fillets from each. Add the chicken to the bag. Seal and marinate 2 hours or longer, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade and grill over medium heat until done, turning once.
