Meat & Noodle Casserole
Where's the beef? Right here in this easy, cheesy casserole. Chock full of dairy galore, this is a supreme medley that's sure to satisfy those hungry mouths.

1 lb. ground beef
2 cups spaghetti sauce
3 cups gluten free or regular dry noodles, spiral works well
3 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a skillet cook ground beef, and drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer until warm. Cook the noodles according to pkg. directions. Drain noodles and place in a 2 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Top with meat and sauce. Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Spread over the top of the meat and sauce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
