Need a little comfort food? Try this delicious meat-free version of Mom's old stand-by that goes great with potatoes. It really does the trick -- even minus the meat!

1 lb. vegetarian ground burger crumbles
3 tbsp. ketchup
2/3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup unsweetened soymilk
1/2 tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Press lightly into a bread loaf pan. Wrap loosely with foil. Bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
You may substitute soy sauce for Bragg Liquid Aminos.
