Saucy Marinated Mushrooms
Make shroom for this great-tasting appetizer. If you're looking for the perfect accompaniment to a nice dinner, these marinated mushrooms fit the bill. They melt in your mouth.

1 lb. fresh mushrooms 6 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 cup dry white wine 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp. chopped onion 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Place mushrooms in a glass or earthenware bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Ready in 30 min. Marinate a few days before serving.
