No Gluten BBQ Roast

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 cup ketchup
½ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 lb. roast, cooked and shredded

Methods/steps
Melt butter and cook onion until soft. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add shredded roast to sauce and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve over GF bread or GF buns.
