No Gluten Chicken Mignon
This is a natural gluten free meal… enjoy it!
At a glance
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-5 slices of bacon
1 8 oz. tub of cream cheese with chives and onions
Pound out chicken to about ½” thick. Spread cream cheese on chicken then roll up the chicken so the cream cheese is inside. Secure with toothpick if necessary. Put a slice of bacon on the top. Cook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Broil just long enough to crisp the bacon.
